AAA Mobile Showers and AAA Emergency Services are private contractors to agencies such as the National Interagency Fire Center and the California Department of Forestry. We supply mobile shower units, laundry units, tent facilities, water trucks and other related equipment to support forest fire and special event personnel in camps and temporary living facility areas. These camps are set up for firefighters and other personnel while away from home.
Our employment opportunities do not include any actual firefighting!

We are accepting applications for several types of employees:

1. Truck drivers with a commercial license and tank endorsement
2. Employees to staff shower units, laundry units and other equipment in fire camps and other events and stage in an area near the equipment when not on an assignment
3. Personnel who do not wish to make a long term commitment but would like to be on a "on call" list for times of the year when we need to add extra personnel on a short term basis.

The hiring season begins in mid May and lasts through November, with July, August and September being the busiest months. Hiring assignments can last anywhere from 3 - 4 days to 3 to 4 months.

The employees we are looking for are:

• Flexible in both availability and attitude
• Able to travel on short notice
• Capable of working shifts of 8 to 12 hours
• Energetic and in good health
• Physically capable of manual labor
• Adaptable and Pleasant
